Seeing Autumn in style

Blog 1

Quick Links

Why not make glasses part of your Autumn look and change your eyewear to match the mood, light and weather changes of Autumn.

As your wardrobe shifts into rich textures like wool and suede, with earthly tones – your glasses can mirror the cozy tones of the season.

Autumn colour palette frames that capture the ambient light fading into shorter days.

Classic Tort – honey and dark brown reflecting the colours of falling leaves

Why sunglasses are still essential in Autumn

Now, we could be waking up to crisp mornings and beautiful Autumn sunshine, while Autumn driving will feel brighter, the low sun can create a hazard for drivers, particularly during the morning and afternoon commute.

When sunlight reflects off the wet roads direct into driver’s eyes, wearing sunglasses can also assist with;

Reducing glare

Improving visual comfort

Protecting eyes from UV rays

Wearing heavy layers of fabrics, thinner frames can easily get lost on the face, so having a distinctive frame or a high gloss frame completes the style.

Wrapped up in hats and scarves an upward swept cat eye or overside structure defines your features.

So grab your favourite hot drink, wrap up in something cosy and celebrate the season with your personally styled eyewear by Bromley Cross Opticians.
